Please try the following to restore the NavStick
1. You need to have special format utility in order to format your NavStick using the FAT32 file system. The reason for this is that your NavStick is 64GB, and the built-in format utility in Windows only supports formatting FAT32 drives up to 32GB. We have made a FAT32 format utility available for download on the below link:

2. Copy all files and folders from the NavBox PC in C:\Navtor\ENC\AVCS\ to the newly formatted NavStick
3. Open Navbox sw and check that both are updated
