The logon credentials on the NavBox are changed automatically on a regular basis and this is to ensure that the NavBox operates as secure and stable as possible. We do not generally allow or recommend that users log on to it locally since this could potentially compromise the security of the NavBox.
Should it be required for you to access the NavBox for troubleshooting purposes (e.g. internet or AIS/GPS connection issues) we can provide the password upon request.
